LOST IN TRANSLATION, FOUND IN TRADITION

For its SS16 campaign, sharp Belgian accessories label Komono takes to Tokyo for its “Lost in Tradition, Found in Translation” editorial campaign. Using the contrasting pulls of the Japanese capital as backdrop, Komono’s sumptuous film highlights key pieces from the label’s new collection while played out against a city known equally for its tradition and simplicity as much as its breakneck speed, progression and overwhelming complexity.

Key looks for the forthcoming season included the Winston Heritage Denim and Winston Regal Chestnut and Burgundy watches for men, while label’s Metal and Print Series frames now appear in a striking bold red and exotic fern print respectively.
